Telkom steps up to the plate

Last week my wifi suddenly went down one morning, bad news in these times. I have Telkom fibre via OpenSource. For a while there seemed to be a hiatus between the call centre and the technical section, calls getting 'stuck' somewhere, not being allocated. This time however, the technician came within 2 hours, checked the modem, left to fetch parts and was soon back to fix it. I think my tenants didn't even notice anything was wrong. So bravo Telkom, well done.
