Telkom steels my money every month

<p>My husband and I have 2 contracts with 8ta (telkom). the contract on number ********** 209 has expired 3 month ago already. My husband phoned them and let them know to switch the contract to R99 contract and that he does not want another phone or contract. Our 2 cantracts together use to be R700 a month. but with this one contract that is finished we are surpose to only pay R350 + R99 . BUT EVERY MONTH (FOR 3 MONTHS NOW) THEY DEDUCT R1000 FROM US. AND WE DONT GET THE MONEY BACK NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE ASK NOW MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE PHONE THEY JUST KEEP TAKING (STEELING) OUR MONEY.</p> <p>When I phone them they tell you they did not deduct money for something 2 or 3 months ago. (which is not true). I pay too much EVERY month. 2015 Nov they took dubble payment. I never saw that money again. they promised they will not take in Dec because they made a mistake. (and their phone calls are recorded so it is on record) but still nothing.</p> <p>I asked for invoices, statements, detailed ledgers.
