Telkom steels my money every month THIS IS STILL A PROBLEM!! NO ONE HAS PHONED OR TRIED TO SORT THIS OUT. I HAVE REPORTED IT AND...NOTHING!!!!!!!!! TELKOM PHONED ONES AND THE ISSUE WAS NOT ADRESSED OF FIXED. IM REPORTING THIS AGAIN!!! TELKOM DID NOT COME BACK TO ME . THE DONT GIVE BACK MY MONEY AND THEY DONT EVEN PUT MY CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT!!! THEY KEEP MY ACCOUNT ON R0.00 ...I WANTS A DETAILED LEDGER. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME PROOF ON PAPER OF ANYTHING AT ALL. THIS IS NOW JUST GOING ON AND ON AND ON!! IM I REALLY JUST GOING TO LOOSE MY MONEY LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH. PLEEEEEASE HELLOPETER HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! (see below laast messages on case no ********** 5) I did respond on it and nothing append. My husband and I have 2 contracts with 8ta (telkom). the contract on number ********** 209 has expired 3 month ago already. My husband phoned them and let them know to switch the contract to R99 contract and that he does not want another phone or contract. Our 2 cantracts together use to be R700 a month. but with this one contract that is finished we are surpose to only pay R350 + R99 . BUT EVERY MONTH (FOR 3 MONTHS NOW) THEY DEDUCT R1000 FROM US. AND WE DONT GET THE MONEY BACK NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE ASK NOW MATTER HOW MANY TIMES WE PHONE THEY JUST KEEP TAKING (STEELING) OUR MONEY. When I phone them they tell you they did not deduct money for something 2 or 3 months ago. (which is not true). I pay too much EVERY month. 2015 Nov they took dubble payment. I never saw that money again. they promised they will not take in Dec because they made a mistake. (and their phone calls are recorded so it is on record) but still nothing. I asked for invoices, statements, detailed ledgers. NOTHING! they send me NOTHING. we are at a point where we are going to go to the police for theft. We really really need help.
