Telkom steeling my money

I need to know when you pay your account and the payment shows on your statement on 28/6/18 they still put the debit order through on 1/07/18 and charge you 251,19 because you stoped the debit order after informing them you are going to do a manual payment, they are steeling my money and damaging my credit score!!!!!!
