Telkom *****s your money !!!

Telkom *****s your money !!! In November 2021 My subscription with them was cancelled. They were supposed to stop services for November but they kept insisting it was too short notice but the contract ended October 2020 already, so they insisted we keep going for November. The service was cut and I had no service for December but they took a payment *******ly from my bank. Apparently the bank cannot stop them either. Now in January, they took another payment after they told me explicitly everything was paid, and they are telling me again i was in arrears, wich is total nonsense since the payment goes off by debit order. How can i stop these ******* from taking more money from my bank?
