Telkom *****s upgrades

My cellphone is a contract phone. The contract is one of many business contracts held by my father and owner of his company. This contract with Telkom was due for an upgrade and as my screen of my Huawei had cracked I went into the nearest Telkom mobile Store 5o see which phones and what contracs were available to me. Upon checking if I was indeed eligible for an upgrade I was informed that my contract was upgraded last year June.l was irrate because I had never received a new phone, and I phoned my dad who assured me that he had never renewed my contract. He contacted Telkom and requested proof of his signature and authorisation of said renewal. This was last month and Telkom is yet to provide this information. Neither my father nor myself renewed this contract, and neither of us received a new phone and Telkom is being evasive and not providing the proof of who upgraded this contract and where and to whom the new contract phone went to. Which leads me to believe that my contract was upgraded without our permission. No one in Telkom is being helpful in addressing this issue and now my phone is completely unusable and I've actually had to resort to using my dad's VERY old spare phone.
