Telkom *****s peoples money

<p>Telkom has been charging me for an inactive line that was supposed to be cancelled 2 years ago, they owe me R8000 and they have promised me a refund but always promises to contact me whenever I call but they never do! Ridiculous and pathetic. When I go onto the chat service that is "meant" to sort things out all they say is that they cannot help me. </p> <p>HORRIBLE and ill never ever advise anyone to use Telkom </p> <p> </p>
