Telkom *****s our money

O. K. So here we go again. We have cancelled our ADSL line in June 2016 and so we have struggled to get the line cancelled and off our bill for more than 2 years!!! And if we did not pay the bill... Our telephone was cut off.. So we paid for 2years for an ADSL line which was not used... Now at last 2 months ago the bill has been amended to not reflect the ADSL line but now we have to start the fight all over to get our money refunded for the 2 years we have been paying! This is absolutely ridiculous...
