Telkom *****s money from my account each month!!

Do not ever take out a contract with Telkom!!!! They are a bunch of ****** who ***** your money out of your bank account every month. I am furious!!!! I took out a 10G mobile rooter contract out in 2017, never had an issue while the contract was active but the contract finished in 2019 and for some reason they are still debiting my account. I have gone through the cancellation process numerous times whereby the consultant always tells me they have escalated to cancellations department and that my contract will be canceled but never happens. The cost of my initial contract was R139 p/m but now they are debiting almost R400 each month!!!!!!!!!

They continuously phone me saying that i owe then money which cannot be true. I have appointed an attorney and will be taking further steps as Telkom owes me money and I want every penny back!!!

Warning to everyone of what a shady company Telkom is!!
