Telkom *****s money

I have been in an ongoing battle with Telkom for 8 months now, I pay my bill every single month on time and they keep on sending me overdue notices and threats. They have turned off my phone twice in this period.

Every time I need to pay R5482 to get my account up to date but there is no reference to where I owe the money or where the outstanding amount was generated from.

Then after I have paid more than R10000 to telkom for "overdue" balances I recieve a call and threats from nicholas ngwenya attorneys saying that I have been handed over to them.

If I could get out of ALL my telkom contracts I would, this is utterly pathetic service, and quite frankly they are *****ing money from customers.

I will take this up in court as is my right as a consumer.

If you ever have the opportunity to avoid Telkom please do, you are saving yourself from ***** and theft.
