TELKOM *****S FROM YOU AND REFUSES TO REFUND YOU WHEN THEY ARE WRONG!!!

Telkom is the worst network they took my airtime instead of the bundle that i had loaded and then blamed me saying its because i have the option of never redirect ...clearly if they were educated enough they would understand that the re-direct option is for in the event of you not having a bundle which i clearly did and had the agent tell me it is my fault and was rude to me what kind of pathetic service is this ? Where did customer service that the customer is always right go to?, we are paying for those agents salaries and they have the audacity to disrespect us, theres no superior to take this up with and everytime they do this they tell me send an email to this take my reference number all that **** and no one ever gets back to you. Telkom has become full of lies and utter bull I will never recommend them to anyone.
