Telkom *****s from honest people

Telkom have debited my account without my consent for R1018.40. I have had a contract with you for 24 months which I have honored and paid in full. When renewal came up I declined. I have lodged complaints online, telephonically and via email and they've ignored me. My credit rating at my bank dropped and now you've put me out of pocket for this month. This is unacceptable. I need my money back asap and need to definitely take this further
