Telkom *****s AGAIN!
Bought prepaid data from a Telkom shop in Worcester, Western Cape and was unable to use it. So after 2 weeks, 3 shop visits and countless alledged fault logs the problems is still unattended to. The last visit broke out into a fight with the counter staff as I was made out a **** and accused of having an attude. It seems like paying for something and not getting it is no reason to get angry. Won't give me my money back and won't fix the problem either!! When will Telkom ever stop *****ing from people like this??
