Getting money paid back is apparently very difficult, canceled my line in March and im still waiting for my money after being told it would take 7-14 working days... its been longer than a month, their billing department isnt replying to the emails ive sent them nor are they replying to any complaints ive made and not even through thier FB messenger are they bothered to reply. It just seems to be a case of we take your money but when its their turn to pay back they dont seem to care or be bothered.
