TELKOM *****S

In March 2018, I contacted Telkom to enquire about how to cancel my ADSL service. The agent advised that I complete a cancellation form and email same to cancellations. I accordingly completed the form and submitted same on 6 April 2018.

I then subsequently purchased a new product from another service provider which provided Fibre. To my dismay Telkom did not cancel my subscription and until date have still not cancelled my subscription. Resulting in my paying 2 service providers.

I have followed up weekly, lodged complaints and disputes and yet Telkom refuse to cancel and continue *****ing money from my bank account every month in total Telkom has ****** R3,111.29 from me by refusing to cancel but by continuing to debit my bank account.

I don't know what else to do, the agents are rude when you call. Everyone gives the run around and Telkom just continues to ***** from me without shame
