Telkom *****s

In April 2018 I took out a mobile contract with telkom. For R499 a month. On May 31st they deducted R1000. 00 from my account, confused I called the call center (no invoice was ever sent to me) the agent explained to me that this was April and May's fee and airtime fees (nothing was ever explained to me regarding on how to manage my spend limit) he than Confirmed the next debit order will only be R499 and I had changed my airtime limit R20 and than R80 not more than R100. Than on the 13th July 2018 a debit order of R1778. 00 goes off my account??? Phoned the call center and the agent is trying to tell me that I owe may fees??? What bull****. How stupid do they think people are. No invoices ever sent to me. NEVER.

I thought moving to telkom would save me money but clearly not. I than informed the agent that I am going to my bank to reverse the amount and I want to pay telkom manually only once they decide to do their job properly and send me the correct amount.

Whats funny is that when they 'think' money is owed to them they want to immediately blacklist you but when they ***** your money, it's ok? It's not OK to just deduct whatever amount from people's account and if I did not reverse the debit order I could only imagine the fights I'd have to go through.

It's only fair to be decent to your customers and not ***** from them!
