So I have been trying now since Nov 2016 to get my services cancelled without any luck and then stop paying my account until this gets fixed. Up to now NOTHING is sorted!!!! They just assume that I need to pay for services that 1. I cancelled and 2. did not even use - So I eventually received a notification that due to my non payment the showmax part of all these cancelled services I requested is cancelled (see proof attached) and guess what - Telkom charged me this month again for that service.

25 Aug 2017, 08:11I have endlessly trying to get this matter resolve. I have proof that I send the cancellation of my services on Nov 2016 and since then nothing. I have no problem to pay any amount owed to you once you correct my amount outstanding from the time my cancellation was suppose to be valid (that would be end Dec 2016) - I can mail you everything my email is *** my account number on which the services were cancelled is *** - the latest invoice number is 708C***B - for months I have tried everything to get this corrected and no one is willing or trying to assist me. I was not even suppose to be charged from 1 Jan 2017 - again I have all the proof.
