Telkom *****ing SIM cards

Telkom is *****ing peoples SIM cards. I have had a couple of SIM cards that were just removed from my account without authorisation. At my company, w make use of prepaid SIM cards to give our staff the ability to work remotely. At the beginning of 2020, we bought and RIKA’ed eight new SIM cards for this purpose. Makin the total SIM cards linked to my account more than fifteen.

Today when I needed to load data for one of my SIM cards, the card is no longer linked to my account. I contacted Telkom and they just say that the SIM is now linked to someone else.

In my opinion, Telkom is *******ing the system by just reassigning SIM cards as they see fit. Surely if a SIM is registered in my name, it should stay linked to my name or account.

What is Telkom going to do in this regard? I need my accounts back on my profile.
