Telkom *****ing my money.

Telkom keeps billing exorbitant amounts on my account. I can not seem to get through to their call center. They send a Whatsapp link that has nothing to do with billing. My monthly instalment is 199 but for the past 3 months they have been taking double the amounts.

I cannot get help anywhere.

Its worse cause even their website does not help at all.
