TELKOM *****ING MY MONEY

I am beyond angry with Telkom, I had 2 contracts with them and when the contracts expired, they were deducting for month to month even though I was not receiving data. I called to enquire about that they investigated and told me stories. I decided to close my contract all together, and now they have deducted x 5 of the money they usually do, even though I closed the contract, when I enquire they are giving me the same story about investigating. What nonsense is this?
