TELKOM *****ING MY DATA

I am trying to call Telkom but you just hold on forever you cannot get through to a consultant. I need to query my data usage. I normally receive my full 120GB data at the beginning of each month. Last month I noticed something strange about my data usage. I then checked first thing today the 01/07/2020 on the App to see how much data I had received this month, and there was already a usage of 31GB. Now how is this possible, Telkom is actually *****ing my data. Telkom I need an explaination please!!!!!!!
