Telkom *****ing money with subscriptions not agreed to !!

We have been Telkom customers for many years, but CAN NOT wait until our contracts end so we can leave Telkom!! Apparently both my husband and I have " subscribed" to Audiobooks @ R3 per day. We NEVER subscribed to this, nor go into any links. Yet we are billed for this " service" that we DID NOT ASK FOR OR AGREE TO !! When both of us have tried stopping this service via *179*7867# it says unsubscribed and THEN SUBSCRIBES AGAIN ALL ON ITS OWN, AGAIN WITH NO AGREEMENT FROM US.

Calling Telkom agents to get this sorted out is BEYOND frustrating as they don't know what to do or use the excuse that the system is hanging they can't do anything now. Pathetic is an understatement!!!!! Telkom YOU ARE *****ING OUR MONEY, AND THIS HAS TO STOP!!
