Telkom *****ing money! *****s!

I have just received a notification that I have been subscribed pro-rata to the Call Catcher, Telkom Closer, Call Answer and IdentiCall subscription. Please confirm how this is possible, I do not even own a land line, what is the purpose of this activation and who gave you permission to bill me for this? I have upgraded to a new package, this has not even been delivered/installed, how can I be billed already?
