Telkom *****ing money out of my account

Telkom has been taking miney from my account numerous times now. I never in my live had an account with telkom and they can also track it on their system that i never had an account. I locked a ***** case with telkom a week later they say they can only give me an answer with in 2 months. Today they took money from my bank account again after i locked the ***** account. I phoned them.and told them they must stoo taking money from my account. They said they tracked the ref number and can see who the customer is whos account it is. The lady that i spoked to told me strayed today they going to throw my case out asnit is jot they problem. This is ***** agianst my account from telkom and will find out hoe far i can take this. Teljom are *****s and *****ing a persons money i will never in my live take any contracts with Telkom. I hope alot of people are seeing what teljom is doing and how they ***** innocent peoples money. I have all my recordings on phone and make sure i will get it to the right person to get my money back from Telkom.
