Telkom *****ing money from me

I am completely shocked with the service from Telkom Mobile. They have double charged me last month and this month. That is over R2000 that I have now lost due to the bank not allowing me to reverse the transaction. My salary has just been cut. I have got a case number but no other response from Telkom thus far. I am at my wits end, I cannot afford this!!!! I have filled out an affidavit as they are now *****ing money from me! I dont know who else to talk to or to contact, no one cares!!!!
