Telkom *****ing money from me

Good day I am very angry and very unhappy with my current situation were I have a new contract with telkom via an pro for june I took a contract for 199.00 they debted my bank before I get the device now im call them they can't seem to find my money on their system were by consultant Iris and sthembile msomi they are says its with telkom sales department n they can't allocate that money to cover the current invoice which is even more from my contract I took.
