Telkom *****ing money from me
<p>Telkom and Sell Direct are useless and they are *****ing money from me and they are going to ruin my crdeit rating!</p>
Dear Telkom - please can you stop trying to take money from my account for a service you DO NOT provide to me, seeing as i used the device last in November 2016 and i have not touched it since. i have been trying to sort out the incompetence of Telkom and SellDirect since November 2016 with no luck. Sell direct telling me Telkom needs to sort it out as they are claiming the money - telkom saying its Sell Direct so they have to log a call with them in order to get feedback.
I am no longer interested in this service from Sell Direct who is underwritten by Telkom - stop deducting money - i am dropping off the Huawei device at my closest Telkom store with all the communication between us - and i use that term loosely as its just me asking where are we on this with no one responding.
cancel my contract and you can get any money you think that is outstanding from Sell Direct.
