Telkom *****ing money from customers home fibre

I am writing as a frustrated customer. My only account with Telkom is a fiber which costs not more than R700 but I have been forced to pay over R1800 / R1700 / and now R1200 for things I do not know. I am very dissapointed that even when I call Telkom I get transferred around many customer agents who seem not to know what they are doing or how to solve my issue
