Telkom *****ing money for services that was canceled.

i can not believe telkom is so desperate for business that they ***** money.I have cancelled my Telkom services on line as per Telkom specs on the 10/5/2018. End of may I received a bill, when I followed it up I was told it will be rectified this month. Again I have received a full account incl for July. MY service should have been cancelled the 10/6/2018.
