Telkom *****ing money

I'm sick and tired of all this ****. I've tried to resolve this amicably, I went to the store several times in an attempt to return the rest of their products as they already have their defective phone and I wanted to conclude the cancellation, instead they gave me the run around and now they're trying to ***** money from my account. This is ***** there's no contract between us, you nullified by giving me a defective phone.
