telkom *****ing money and my job

i have being treated badly by Telkom for 10 yrs now. I have being handed over for my deceased dads email account for 10 years the email account was put in my name *******ly with wrong spelling also twice I was told pay account and account cancelled and it was not done now my new boss has being harassed to get me to pay which has caused problems for me. a cell number which is not mine keeps getting harassed too. I refuse to keep paying and account stays open. Telkom had no right to threaten my job I have sent affadavits no one will help . Also I have had no phone line since 2011. I can be contacted on ***
