Telkom *****ing money

<p>I filled in an application for lte internet to see if I get approved. Once It was approved I told the rep not to go through with anything as im leaving the country for awhile. When I return the rep had taken delivery of the product without my concent. I told him to send it back and cancel it as I never said I wanted it.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the end of that month telkom invoiced me and debited my account. Even though I dont even have the product. I opened a case and was told it would be sorted out.</p> <p> </p> <p>And now I have been debited again and nothing has been done. No one has called me and I have lost 2000 rand and 200rand in airtime trying to get someone to help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bunch of useless money hungry people.</p> <p> </p> <p>That rep just wanted commission.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
