When I signed my contract they signed me up on the wrong package. I phoned and asked to have it corrected!! For two weeks nobody gets back to me. My package is suppose to be R139pm. I pay R945 per month, This month R500. I told them to them to change then to the 30GB special, as for that bill I can have fibre, or cancel as it is their fault. They tell me how to go to the site and cancel and pay R4000 cancellation fee!! Not willing to correct or change it, just pay the cancellation fee then it is solved!! Honestly!!!!!!!!!!!! I took screenshots of the conversation and will post it all over social media!! They ***** from you!!
