Telkom *****ing from the little guy

Telkom is by far the worst service provider. I was due for upgrade and app**** telephonicaly. I never received the phones and I'm now being billed for a device and Sim card I don't have. They even closed my current Sim, when I inquire I get the run around and no one responds on the emails
