Telkom *****ing from my account

I had a data contract with Telkom from 2018 I was paying R140.00 monthly, most of the times there would be no network coverage in my area I continued to my contract monthly through a debit order, my contract ended this year in 2020, on June 2, I sent an email to Telkom customer service telling them that I am not renewing my contract, I sent an email because it is impossible to get through to their call center, I received an email from their no-reply email acknowledging receipt of my email.

June 8 I sent an email again because I had received an invoice for R40.00 and I wanted to know why I am being invoiced R40,00 when my contract was over, there was no response.

25 June my account was debited R40.00 which I reversed in early July, I then went to a Telkom shop at Mall @Carnival and I cancelled the contract there with a consultant and he gave me a REF NUMBER :***9SA, however on 26 July my account was debited R40.00 that I did not reverse and on 26 August my account was debited R216.00.

I don't know why telkom decided that they can continue with the contract and reduce the amount of data they give me monthly when I did not authorise this and they continue debiting my account, I went to my bank branch to reverse the R216 and I was charged R80.00 for the reversal. I don't want the contract anymore and Telkom is forcing the contract on me and decided for me how much they will charge me monthly without my consent and when I went to their branch to cancel the contract, the consultant there told me he de-activated my sim card but I am being charged for a sim card that is "deactivated" monthly.

I want this resolved and I want all the money I am being charged by my bank for reversing the debit orders. the deactivated number is ***
