Telkom *****ing from me!!!

I canceled my cotract 3 months ago via the app 7 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Never got a reference number. Then I phoned the call centre and used the chat function. I saw again they deducted my account this month and did a reversal once again!!! I eventually went into the store and they advised they never canceled my contract!! Today some idiot phones me telling me they not going to do anything about this as I didnt get a reference number when I originally canceled. I told her to go listen to my voice recording as they state they record calls. She dvised they wont. If my ITC profie is not updated by friday not showing missed payments, and the service fees are not back into my account, I will go to the ombudsman, and on social media start a page and get every single person who sits with the same, being de*****ed out of data and money to join and I will take telkom to court, where they will lose and the fees will be for Telkom's cost!!! Telkom *****s and nobody should take any deal with them ever!! Their service people are arrogant and no sense of resolving issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
