TELKOM - *****ING FROM ME

Good afternoon ... I am receiving a bill from Telkom every month (plus they have a debit order on my bank account. I DO NOT MAKE USE OF TELKOM at all - now I can't get this "mistake on their side" sorted out. No assistance from Telkom when you call them. All I want is to no longer receive an account - I WANT nothing to do with Telkom now or ever in the future :(
