Telkom *****ing from its customers

I am losing data that I am not using on a monthly basis. I buy Telkom’s freeme 5 bundle every month , I’ve been doing so for the past 6 or 7 months and every month for past 6 months I lose my lit music bundle without even using it. This month it was even worse my data got depleted over night whilst I was asleep. It’s seriously frustrating me . Help please
