Telkom *****ing from clients

Called the sales department this afternoon to enquiry why my discount were not app**** since April 2019. Spoke with the call centre agent at 14h00, Sesilwa , who advised they are numerous call from other clients as well . This is unacceptable. They are force converting clients and not applying the discount.
