Telkom *****ing data and money from customers

Telkom accused me of purchasing one time data of my telkom account for R68 which I didn't purchase in April 2021. I was then billed for my monthly account of which the additional amount was added on. I sent them several Twitter messages disputing the account. I was just informed they will urgently look into the account with a case NR but nothing happened. I still paid for something I didn't purchase. My debit order went off and nothing else was said with reference to the money Telkom stole from me. My name Vernon Demos
