Telkom *****ing data.

My family and I have over 5 contracts with Telkom It's the 6th of the month and all our Data is gone including the wifi and they refuse to assit or explain what is going on poor service and lots of attuide the only thing you get from Telkom We were told that we have used the data even so how can we when we hardly ever have network? Our data always lasts through the entire month and all of a sudden this month it doesn't We spoke to a lady and she told us that my Grandmother has do little data because her contract was only supposed to be for 6 months that she receives "10 gigs" but she took that contract out in August 2018 and she received the 10 gigs last month So they basically telling me from August 2018 to March 2020 is 6 months? I'm sick and tired of Telkom they are a bunch of ******* that do not Value customers
