telkom *****ing client's money

I had a contract with Telkom which ended February 2017, they are still debiting me for the phone I don't have a contract with them anymore, I have been complaining to them every month, their are agencies are so ***********, they all say different stories, since March they had promised to resolve the issue, to-date they are still taking my money. they are the bunch of *******.
