Telkom *****ing >5GB of data and refusing to assist me over the phone!

I have Once-off LTE/LTE-A Anytime Data of 5373MB that expires on 23-May-2020. I just received Campaign Paid Telkom Mobile Data of 20445MB that expires on 21-June-2020. But Telkom is currently USING/DEDUCTING the Campaign Paid Telkom Mobile Data INSTEAD of the Once-off LTE/LTE-A Anytime Data of 5373MB that expires on 23-May-2020!! I just spoke to a consultant who refused to give me his name and put the phone down in my ear!! How rude!! You ARE *****ING >5GB of data I PAID FOR!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I need you to fix this or REFUND me for the 5373MB that cannot be used anymore!!
