Telkom *****ing!

We have had ENDLESS issues with pathetic Telkom. We did an online application for a cellphone contract and received the incorrect phone so we sent back via the couriers. Called Telkom 1000 times to sort this out, the lady acknowledged the phone was back with Telkom and they will credit the account (got reference numbers to the call) and again they charging us for a cellphone and a sim which we don’t have. Call them again now and they don’t know what to do! They are *****ING. Do not ever take anything from Telkom, you will have ENDLESS issues!
