Telkom *****ing

If there was a zero or minus rating option - that is what Telkom would receive from me! A few months ago my mother called Telkom to come and install a router at her bussiness. After taking all her details the woman she spoke to on the phone, said the router will be installed within the following week. All this time has passed and still no router!!! Although this does not stop Telkom from taking over a thousand rand out of her account every month for a service we never received and a product they never delivered. After taking up the problem with COUNTLESS individuals at different Telkom branches, contacting every single Telkom helpline number we could get our hands on, no one has been able to resolve this very frustrating situation. Every month like clockwork they take out a RIDICULOUS amount in her account! She has now resorted to going to her bank to reverse the depit orders which then further urged Telkom on to hand the matter over to their lawyers, claiming my mother ows them an x amount for their service... No record has been made that she signed for the service/product and absolutely NO help has been given in resolving the situation! Telkom is *****ING her money every month and getting away with it! I would like a response from someone who can deal with this matter! Preferably from Telkom directly
