Telkom *****ing.

<p>To whom it may concern. </p> <p>Upon my contract upgrade an extra add on Internet bundle was added to my account which I did not give consent for. I have been continuously calling and it has been recognised that an extra R395 was being unnecessarily taken from me every month. Up to now R2765 has been ****** from me. Upon request for the refund of that money I have been told that it is still being processed by the "accounting office". I therefore blocked any further debits from my account and my service was cut. The telkom debit then changed debit id and took even more money from me. Although my service has been returned. Telkom Mobile still owe me the aforementioned balance and continue to take the additional R395 every month. So Telkom mobile *****s my money and cut my service if I prevent from *****ing more. Telkom Mobile are ******* and I refuse to believe anything different until they give my f***en money bac****! ROGUES!!</p>
