Telkom *****in

Dear sir /madam

I am disabled with a chronic lung disease and am on oxygen for most of the time at home. I have tried numerous times to cancel the landline of Telkom and they keep deducting money from my account. I don't know what to do anymore because I have filled in the cancellation forms they sent me as well as notifying them that I can't do it online yet they just keep on *****ing money from my account which I can't afford. Please sir can you assist me because I am close to having a breakdown. The phone is also not even in my name, it is in the name of someone that passed away a few years ago and they refuse to refund me. Telkom did suspend my line many months ago instead of cancelling it as I requested but continue to deduct money from me. It seems like they are purposely *****ing money from me, because I'm disabled and unable to do much about it anymore. If this is the case, it is disgusting and dispicable. Please, I beg you to intervene and help me on this.
