Telkom ***** data
I have a Telkom SA Lte router and 24 month contract. Last month I ran out of data on the 24th of February. I bought 40 gigs of once-off data which would expire on the 23rd of March. When my contract data rolled over 1 March, Telkom started using my contract data first which was then depleted on the 20th of March. I was left with 20GB of the once odd data but that expired on 23 March which means that I once again had to bus once off data even though I had 20GB left. Why does Telkom not first use the once off data that I bought before finishing my contract data? This is a clear *******.
