Telkom (stay Clear of them)

Fantastic TELKOM SA. their motto the future is now, what a load of ****, it will be in two more weeks 1 Year since I told them about the ******* reception of my internet that was caused by them changing the mast near to me, despite assurances from the lackeys who check this site NOTHING has been done, their customer service is pure ******* and my personal advice to anyone thinking of joining them is an old adage "BUYER BEWARE" this is the best advice I can give the reader of this comment, they just DO NOT GIVE A **** as long as they get the money from you, I have never in my 74 years come across a company with such contempt for their customers as TELKOM SOUTH AFRICA and finally on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best I would rate them as -10 that is how poor they really are so for your peace of mind go elsewhere or wait 12 months and longer for them to assist you with any sort of problem they cause you
