Telkom - stay away as far as possible.

We moved to a new home and requested to get ADSL installed (fibre wasn't in the area yet). After two weeks, nothing was working and I emailed and called every single contact for Telkom I could find. They couldn't care less, they just said the error isn't on their side!?

I then cancelled our account and moved to WebAfrica. Months later I received a letter in my post box threatening legal action for outstanding amounts. They don't even have the correct address on the letter (haha), what a disgrace. I was warned by family that Telkom is a complete joke and now I have experienced it first hand. Now I have to sue them to revert their blacklist actions against me which will cost a lot of money. I, nor my friends or family will EVER support Telkom in any way.
